Illinois Newborn Photography Studio – Welcoming Baby Will!
Welcome to the world, sweet Will! I am so blessed to have families who allow me to grow with them. For many reasons, this family is near and dear to my heart. First, I photographed their wedding back in 2015. I then photographed big brother Jacob as a newborn in 2016. When this beautiful mama reached out to schedule Will’s newborn session, I was extremely excited.
In 2019, I made a shift in my newborn posing. I still capture those sweet posed newborn photos in buckets and baskets! That being said, my family shots have transitioned to be a very laid back style. With the transition to the all white studio in the spring of 2019, it only seemed natural to keep the vibe and feeling of family photos light, airy and natural. I go with the flow of the baby and siblings. Honestly, the less I plan, the better the session seem to go. I learned this a long time ago. Letting the poses happen with light posing direction tends to make for the super natural feeling images.
My 2020 schedule is already filling up with newborns. Yes, you read that correctly! I am currently taking appointments through July 2020 for newborns. Since I only take a select number of newborn sessions monthly, most mothers book their session in the 2nd trimester to ensure they get their spot! Just Shoot me a message if you are interested!
