Maternity and Newborn Creative Session Sitting Fees

Newborn Session Sitting Fee: $200

Maternity Session Sitting Fee: $150

Your session fee includes Nicole’s artistic vision for your custom photography session along with custom hand editing of your images.

Your creative session fee is non-refundable and does not apply to digital files, prints or collections. Newborn sessions typically last 90–120 minutes. Maternity sessions last 45–55 minutes.

Session is limited to immediate family members and siblings only. Up to two adults are welcome in photos at no additional cost. $25 will be added for each additional child photographed in the session.

When signing your online contract to secure your session, you will pay your session fee along with your $200 print/product minimum. Your print/product minimum will be applied to your package/collection purchase. 

A $200 print/product purchase is required with each session.

Maternity Mini-Sessions: $450

These short and sweet sessions are perfect for small milestones or for when you need just a few updated photos. These 20 minute sessions are held on weekdays or before a full session. Mini-sessions do not have a purchase requirement, and are sold as an all-inclusive session (no separate session fee is charged). 5 digital files are included with your session and additional images are available to purchase.

Here’s What to Expect:

Before Your Session:
  • Nicole does take a limited number of newborn sessions monthly. Because of this it is crucial to reserve your spot as early as three months prior to your approximate delivery date. That gives us enough time to fully customize a newborn session just for you!
  • Maternity sessions are best held between 32–34 weeks
  • Complete the contract online and pay your session fee and $200 print or product minimum.
  • Planning tips, session questionnaire, and studio information will be emailed prior to your session.
  • NCP’s styling service information will be emailed to you approximately 3–4 weeks prior to your due date. This easy to use tool is extremely helpful for pairing up photographer-approved outfits, accessories, shoes, etc. prior to the session.
  • Arrive at the studio promptly at your agreed upon session start time.
  • You won’t need to worry about buying props, we take care of all of that and have ideas already dreamed up for your session before you arrive.
  • Yes, parents are always highly encouraged to get in the photos with your baby at your newborn session. Trust us, you won’t regret it. You can never have enough photos with your precious new baby!
  • Try and RELAX! It’s the genuine interactions and raw emotions that create the timeless unposed photographs. Let’s focus on moments, not poses.
  • Within 30 days after your session date, your online gallery will be ready for viewing. Any balance due on your package will be due at this time.
