Outdoor Family Session Guidebook

Creative Session Sitting Fee: $200

Your Creative Session Sitting Fee includes Nicole’s artistic vision for your custom photography session along with custom hand editing of your images. Your outdoor session will last around 45–55 minutes. Outdoor sessions are held around sunset in the Bloomingdale/Roselle area.

A travel fee may apply for sessions held in other cities.
A $10 per person fee will be added for sessions featuring over 6 people.

Your Creative Session Sitting Fee does not apply to digital files, prints or collections. There is a $200 print or product minimum purchase requirement with each session.

Outdoor Mini-Sessions: $425

These short and sweet sessions are perfect for small milestones or for when you need just a few updated photos. These 15–20 minute sessions are held on weekdays or before a full session. Location is determined by Nicole. Mini-sessions do not have a purchase requirement, and are sold as an all-inclusive session (no separate session fee is charged). 5 digital files are included with your session and additional images are available to purchase.

 

This portrait experience is sure to be unlike any others you have had. We look forward to creating artwork that you will cherish for years to come.

Here’s What to Expect:

Before Your Session:
  • Complete online contract and pay your session fee and print or product minimum.
  • A confirmation of your session date and time, along with planning tips, location information, and a session questionnaire will be emailed prior to your session.
  • NCP’s styling service information will be emailed to you approximately 3 weeks prior to your session.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early and be ready to go at your scheduled time.
  • You won’t need to worry about buying props or picking locations, we take care of all of that with specific directions to our meeting point.
  • It’s normal to want a beautiful smiling picture of everyone looking at the camera. We will definitely try and get this shot, and then continue on to focus on emotion and connection between family members.
  • Try and RELAX! It’s the genuine interactions and raw emotions that create a platform to capture the timeless unposed photographs. Let’s focus on moments, not poses.
  • Within 30 days after your session date, your online gallery will be ready for viewing. Any balance due on your package will be due at this time.
