Elmhurst, Illinois Family Photo Shoot!

I love my clients. Have I mentioned that? Here’s why…I realize photography is an investment. It’s not something of little importance in the long haul of life. This is my opinion, of course. However, I DO see the value in capturing your life as it happens, so that one day our children will have photographs to see just how much they were loved.

If your family is anything like mine, you can go to your parent’s house to find trunks full of old photographs. Yes, trunks! Photographs of all of our family’s special events in life, and the small events too. My parents invested in photographs documenting our life, and I am forever grateful to have these photos to remind me of little things that I likely would have forgotten.

So what does this all have to do with me loving my clients?! Well…my clients, they get it. They want to create for their children those same memories that we had as children, even after the digital age has taken over. 90% of my clients purchase prints, canvases, metal prints, wood prints all as a way to preserve their memories. Yes, I do sell digitals as well, however, without a doubt my happiest clients are those that print, and have tangible memories hanging on their walls.

Our kids are only young for a short time, folks. They aren’t on social media, yet. When they are picking out photos for their wedding day, do you want them to be going through thousands of photos on a hard drive? Or would you like to be able to hand them REAL photographs? I know my answer, and I’m so happy my clients agree. Quality photography is an investment you will never regret, in fact, it’s “value” will likely increase as our children grow and we realize just how precious these little moments were.
